Over the years, The Cancer Care Fund of the Litchfield Hills has offered many special programs and given assistance to community outreach programs, which include the following:

Memorial Healing Trail
The Joyce M. Barbieri Memorial Healing Trail is a path that offers a natural, relaxing alternative for patients who are receiving treatment, staff, and visitors to the Center for Cancer Care who would like a place to rest or get some fresh air and exercise.
The one-third-mile trail was inspired by Joseph Barbieri in memory of his wife, Joyce, and was constructed with the assistance of his family and co-workers at RJB Contracting, Inc., and area companies and friends.
